Transcend Building Group Pty Ltd is seeking a fulltime Supervisor

Transcend Building Group Pty Ltd are on the lookout for a pro active and experienced individual to become a part of our growing team servicing the insurance repair industry. As a family owned and operated business we're all about providing the highest quality works and great customer service while creating a great supportive working environment for our staff.

As the Site Supervisor you will be an experienced and self motivated individual who can work as a part of a close knit team, servicing Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions dependent on your location. Previous experience within the insurance industry is must and you will have sound knowledge surrounding the industry and its requirements. You will have extensive experience and knowledge surrounding building tolerances and standards and completing projects to a high quality and strict deadlines.

Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Meeting both external and internal KPI's surrounding repair timeframes

• Managing a portfolio of repairs varying from minor to large loss

• Up to date knowledge of current Australian and National standards

• Time management skills being able to delivering on tight deadlines/ projects

• Preparation of assessments/ expert reports both onsite and from office where required

• Assisting the estimating team and completing detailed estimates and scopes where required

• Verbal and written communication to keep clients and staff well informed

• Working with our Coordinators to achieve set KPI's

• Working within our databases and online portals 

• Working closely with our management team

• Conducting quality audits on completed works

Ideally, we are looking for a highly experienced individual with proven industry knowledge and experience. Digital literacy will be required and experience working with Prime Ecosystems software is essential, you must have a valid driver's license, Supervisors license and white card.
