Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Salesperson/Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Caloundra. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

You’ll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you’ll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound phone & online sales processing
  • In-store customer service
  • Order & receipt incoming stock
  • Process & pick purchase orders
  • Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A customer service champion
  • Experience or a passion for auto parts
  • Well presented
  • Great phone manner
  • Ability to influence & negotiate 
  • Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
  • Background in European vehicles would be an advantage

Burson Automotive commenced operation in 1971, when Garry Johnson and Ron Burgoine distributed a range of automotive chemical products to workshops and service stations in their ‘Cash Van’. The name Burson was created as a combination of their respective names.
