About The Role

Our administrative teams play a critical role in keeping our business moving. As we deliver complex projects across Australia, we rely on skilled professionals who ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

Mammoet is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our HR & Recruitment team in our Booragoon Head Office on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with aspirations to develop a career in recruitment, offering valuable hands-on experience, and mentorship from an experienced team.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll be the vital link that keeps everything connected. With people at the heart of everything we do, you'll act as the trusted point of contact between candidates, HR & Recruitment Team, hiring managers and the planning team, ensuring everyone stays informed, aligned and supported. From contract signing through to a new starter's first day on site, you'll create a seamless and positive onboarding experience, building strong relationships and helping to set every employee up for success.
  
What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating training requirements with external partners for new hires 

  • Managing the end-of-the-end onboarding process for new employees

  • Organising site, system and induction access for new starters

  • Ordering and issuing PPE to new candidates 

  • Monitoring compliance requirements and following up outstanding documentation

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR & Recruitment team

  • Supporting new starters with onboarding, induction and mobilisation enquiries

  • Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings for employees commencing their first swing

What you'll need

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within the HR, Recruitment or Mobilisation space

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy 

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines 

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to demonstrate initiative and think strategically 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • To be a collaborative team player with a supportive approach to shared team goals
