Why you’ll love working with us:
Flexibility first - We offer hybrid working arrangements, where you will join us in Seek’s state of the art HQ in Cremorne and also have the balance to work from home!
High-trust culture - Ownership, autonomy and support to do your best work!
Real impact - Engage warm customers with an existing relationship with SEEK!
Tight-knit team - Join a talented Growth team who value learning, collaboration and growth!
How you’ll make an impact:
We are looking for a high-energy Growth Executive to act as a dedicated product specialist for Sidekicker, engaging SEEK’s account managed customer base. This is a top-of-funnel role: you will engage warm customers with an existing relationship with SEEK, understand their workforce needs, qualify their interest and serviceability to use Sidekicker, and book qualified meetings for Sidekicker Business Development Managers (BDMs) to demonstrate the platform and close new business.
You will be part of a nine-person Sales Team operating across inbound and outbound sales processes, led by the Growth Executive Manager. This team then sits within the broader Sidekicker Growth team that includes sales enablement, ops, analytics and Growth Management. While you will not own demos, closing or onboarding, your ability to consistently create high-quality, completed meetings is critical to building the pipeline required to achieve Sidekicker’s FY27 Net New Revenue targets.
*Please note this is a 9-month fixed-term contract.
Product Specialist: Build strong knowledge of Sidekicker’s contingent labour platform and clearly explain its value to existing SEEK customers, tailoring conversations to their workforce needs.
Customer Engagement: Proactively engage assigned SEEK Managed Account customers through the relevant outbound channels, creating awareness and interest in Sidekicker.
Discovery and Qualification: Ask purposeful questions to understand the customer’s workforce requirements, timing, roles, locations and operating context, and assess their interest and serviceability to use Sidekicker.
Qualified Meeting Creation: Secure and schedule meetings for Sidekicker BDMs with the appropriate customer stakeholder, ensuring the meeting is relevant, timely and supported by clear qualification notes.
Warm Handover: Prepare BDMs with the customer context, needs, qualification outcomes and agreed next steps; collaborate closely to maximise attendance and meeting quality without taking ownership of the demo or close.
Pipeline and CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate activity, contact, qualification, meeting and outcome records in the CRM, completing follow-ups and keeping the top-of-funnel pipeline current and reliable.
Continuous Improvement: Share customer feedback, objections, product questions and conversion insights with the Growth Executive Manager and BDMs to improve messaging, qualification and team performance.
Team Contribution: Constructive collaboration with the Growth Executive Manager and BDMs, and practical insights that improve Sidekicker’s inbound and outbound sales processes.
What success looks like:
Qualified Meetings Completed: Total weekly/monthly qualified meetings booked with, and completed by BDMs
