Coach (Small Group and 1-1) and/or Pilates Instructor - Multiple Roles Available
Catalyst Training Co. is a premium strength and longevity gym in the heart of Randwick, and a winner in the 2026 Randwick Council Local Business Awards. We help our members train seriously, get genuinely strong, and move well for decades, through expert coaching, a real community, and programming that delivers.
We are growing, and we have multiple roles available for strength coaches and Pilates instructors. Apply for one, or both if you are qualified in both.
These are employed roles, not a rent model. You coach. We handle the rest.
Roles available
Coach (Small Group and 1:1)
You will deliver 1:1 and small group strength sessions that drive real results, with personalised coaching and ongoing support that keeps clients training with us for the long term.
To get you embedded properly, you will start with class cover and some front of house shifts so you learn the gym, the members and the Catalyst standard. From there you build into your own 1:1 client base, the same way our current coaches have. You will not be cold starting and you will not be chasing leads. Your coaching is directly rewarded through performance based commissions on top of your base rate.
Pilates Instructor
You will lead Pilates classes in our studio for members who want to move well, build control and stay strong for decades. Pilates sits alongside our strength training as part of the Catalyst membership, so your classes are a core part of how our members train, not an add on.
You will step into an established timetable with members already booking in. No building a following from scratch and no promoting your own classes. Just great teaching, clear cueing and a class members want to come back to every week.
Across both roles
You will be a visible, positive presence in the gym and studio, building relationships and strengthening our community. You will take ownership of retention and results.
What you will not do is chase leads or sell memberships. We handle all marketing, lead generation and client acquisition, so you can focus entirely on coaching.
