What You’ll Do:

• Counter sales: Serve customers at the counter, via phone and email
• Customer service: Respond to customer enquiries, process orders, prepare quotes and build long-term relationships with electricians, contractors, and key accounts
• Versatile duties: Jump in wherever needed to support the wider team. Pack orders, restock shelves, and assist with general warehouse tasks on occasion

  
What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: Ideally, you will have previous customer service or sales experience (electrical knowledge a bonus) but attitude is the most important thing
• Team Player: You are easygoing, enjoy working in a close-knit team, and thrive in a collaborative environment
• Proactive & Positive: You take initiative, bring a strong work ethic, and approach challenges with a can-do attitude
• License: Current driver’s license (P’s are fine)
• Work Rights: You have full Australian working rights
