We’re looking for a casual Salon Assistant to join our friendly team during the day. This is the perfect role for someone wanting to gain hands-on experience in a premium salon, whether you’re considering a future in hairdressing or simply love working in a fast-paced, creative environment. This is quite a unique role and would suit a range of applicants. It would suit a senior hairdresser not wanting to be client facing and still working in a salon environment or someone wanting to expand on their skills in a customer service role.

At Sol + Soma, you’ll be part of a supportive team where everyone pitches in, every day is different and no two clients are the same. You’ll help keep the salon running smoothly by welcoming clients, preparing refreshments, assisting our stylists, keeping the salon looking beautiful, looking after front of salon and creating an exceptional experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

No salon experience? That’s okay. We’re looking for attitude over experience. If you’re reliable, confident, well-presented, love people and enjoy being busy, we’d love to meet you.
