Overview of Responsibilities and Duties:
The successful applicant must hold the appropriate Queensland electrical qualifications and be eligible and willing to act as the Qualified Technical Person (QTP) for the company's electrical contractor licence
Call customers before attending to confirm call-out fees — and keep Dispatch in the loop if no one is home.
Always arrive with pride: clean boots, name badge on, and a professional attitude that reflects who we are.
Listen to the customer’s concerns without rushing — you’re not just a tradie, you’re their trusted advisor.
Offer to complete a home safety inspection and give expert advice — the kind that builds loyalty and trust.
Record the age and condition of electrical equipment with branded stickers.
Quote clearly and confidently. Use our proven quoting system and show the customer you’ve got their best interests at heart.
Finalise quotes, secure signatures, and confirm payment authorisation on-site.
Complete repair or maintenance work up to 2.5 billable hours or hand off larger jobs to our project team — your job is to make sure the customer’s taken care of.
Apply the highest standards of workmanship using your trade skills across plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
Submit all invoices, payments, and paperwork on site. The smoother your admin, the more time you get on tools.
Handle any customer issues within 24 hours — we back you, and we protect our brand together.
Stick to our Proven Sales System, uphold company policies, and help us set the standard across the industry.
Hit billable hours targets, ensure smooth handovers to the project team, and close out jobs with pride.
Note: Start time is when you arrive on-site; finish time is when you leave — unless advised otherwise by management.
