The Role
Working closely with senior leaders across operations, manufacturing, sales and corporate functions, you'll help deliver people strategies that support business performance and organisational success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic business partnering
- Workforce and succession planning
- Leadership coaching and development
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Performance management
- Employee relations and workplace investigations
- Organisational development activities
- Remuneration and annual review processes
- Talent acquisition support
- HR policy and compliance
- HR reporting and workforce insights
- Change management and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You may currently be working as a:
- Human Resources Business Partner
- Senior Human Resources Business Partner
- Senior HR Advisor operating at HRBP level
- HR Manager within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment
Experience within any of the following industries will be highly regarded:
- Manufacturing
- Engineering
- Mining
- Industrial Products
- Industrial Services
- Heavy Industry
- Infrastructure
- Construction Materials
- Energy
You'll bring:
- Proven HR Business Partner experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Employee relations expertise
- Leadership coaching experience
- Organisational change exposure
- A pragmatic and commercially focused approach
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
