Te āheinga: The opportunity
As a Senior Administrator (Enrolment Processing), you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless enrolment experience, managing key processes including student records, cross credits, re-enrolments, withdrawals, enrolment changes, APL assessments, and No-Show processing.
Working alongside a supportive and collaborative team, you'll help learners overcome enrolment barriers, access funding and support services, and begin their studies with confidence. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute directly to positive learner outcomes by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant enrolment services.

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering positive outcomes for learners.
- Proven administration experience, with the ability to manage complex processes and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong organisational and workflow management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the confidence to apply sound judgement and solve problems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to working as part of a supportive, high-performing team.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply policies, procedures, systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional learner experience through responsive, student-centred service.
- Experience working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence.
- An understanding or desire to learn te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of kaupapa Māori
- Evidence of active engagement in building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces/environments
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum three years' experience in an administration role, ideally within a complex or customer-focused environment.
- Experience managing high-volume administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in tertiary education, enrolment administration, admissions, or academic administration is desirable but not essential.
