Solar Installer (Non-Electrical) – Build a Career in Renewable Energy

Trilect is looking for motivated people to join our growing solar installation team in Auckland.

This is a hands-on role working alongside our electricians and experienced solar crews, assisting with the mechanical installation of solar systems on residential, commercial and industrial projects. You do not need to be an electrician or want to become one. We're looking for people who enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing solar mounting systems and support structures

• Lifting and positioning solar panels

• Working safely on residential and commercial rooftops

• Installing cable trays and mechanical components

• Assisting with battery and inverter installations

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite

About You

• Comfortable working at heights

• Physically fit and capable of manual work

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Able to work well within a team

• Current NZ driver's licence preferred

• Current NZ work rights

We welcome applications from experienced solar installers, roofers, builders, scaffolders, labourers and those with no previous solar experience who are willing to learn.

Pay will reflect your experience, skills and level of knowledge. Full training will be provided for the right person.
