Dewatering Technician – FIFO 2:1
Pilbara Resource Group (PRG) is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Dewatering Technician to join our operations on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term project with a short and convenient flight to site.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage dewatering systems across multiple turkey’s nests
Operate, install, and maintain poly pipe water transfer systems
Oversee borefield infrastructure and respond to operational issues
Assist the Shift Supervisor in the safe and effective coordination of the crew
Conduct regular inspections and routine preventative maintenance
Role Requirements:
Proven experience in dewatering operations and poly pipe welding
Sound knowledge of borefield systems and water transfer infrastructure
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence
Willingness to work nightshift if required – paid at a higher rate
Desirable Tickets & Experience:
Forklift licence
Dogging ticket
Poly welding certification
Loader and IT Loader operation experience
(While not essential, these are highly regarded.)
