About the Role

Max Stocks is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Maroochydore team. This is a full-time Monday to Friday position reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, and combines customer service, data entry and general administration to ensure Max Stocks’ customers know just how important they are to us, while their orders are received and processed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely alongside our warehouse, sales and finance teams within our hard-working but friendly and supportive Customer Service Team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing of customer orders via phone, email and web-store.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry into our software systems.
  • Compiling and distributing documentation including picking slips, substitutions/unavailable stock, invoices and credits.
  • Effective communication, support and problem-solving within Customer Service and with other departments.

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience providing administration and/or customer service support in a similar (warehouse/logistics/distribution) environment.
  • Proficiency with technology, particularly Microsoft Office and database software/programs (though training will be provided).
  • Outstanding attention to detail, care for accuracy, and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional data entry skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work under time-constraints, in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.
