Offset Printer / Digital Printer

About the role

Colemans Printing is seeking an experienced and motivated Offset Printer to join our production team. This hands-on role is responsible for operating and maintaining offset printing equipment, ensuring high-quality print production, and meeting customer deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor offset printing presses

• Produce printed materials to required quality standards and specifications

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment

• Check proofs, colours, registration, and finishing requirements

• Manage workflow to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Work closely with the production and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

About you

• Previous experience operating offset printing presses

• Strong understanding of print production processes and colour management

• Excellent attention to detail and quality control

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
