Like simple KPIs
Respond swiftly to clients within 5 minute timeframe
Like to turn your call skills to a different area
Demonstrated above average performance in your previous role is essential
You're a people person, build relationships quickly and liking a bit of banter is a bonus
Understand follow-up, pipelines and CRMs, Hubspot an advantage
Enjoy working with the leading company in the real estate growth field

"SHOW ME THE MONEY"
It is a base + commission role. Realistic OTE earnings between $100K - $110K for above average performers. Career progression for top appointment setters to become lead agents if they with within 18 months. Structured training is provided. These numbers are real.
