Exercise Physiologist
Exercise Physiologist – Part Time
Summit Health Group
We're looking for an Exercise Physiologist who enjoys working closely with people and values building long-term relationships.
About Summit Health Group
At Summit Health Group, we are on a mission to empower our clients — particularly older adults — to live healthier, more active lives. Through personalised exercise programs and a focus on long-term relationships, we help our clients build strength, resilience, and confidence for a brighter future. We foster a welcoming, inclusive environment where both clients and team members feel supported and valued. Our vision is to become the trusted provider of premium allied health services in Victoria and Tasmania, one client at a time.
The Role
As an Exercise Physiologist at Summit Health Group, you'll work closely with clients over time — building trust, guiding progress, and helping them feel more confident in their bodies. You'll be part of a team that shares responsibility for outcomes and supports each other day to day.
Your role will include:
Conducting structured initial assessments that create clarity and direction
Delivering 1:1 and small group exercise sessions
Programming and progressing clients using our established frameworks
Documenting clearly so care remains seamless across the team
Communicating with referrers and the wider healthcare team when required
Contributing to a calm, positive, and professional clinic environment
This role suits someone who enjoys working with people long term, values steady progress, and takes pride in doing the fundamentals well.
