The Opportunity:

CSR are seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join our team in Ingleburn. This role is responsible for coordinating daily transport operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, optimising transport schedules, and maintaining compliance with all transport regulations and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage daily transport schedules.
  • Allocate loads and delivery times to transport partners.
  • Monitor transport performance and adjust schedules as required.
  • Liaise with transport providers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and transport legislation.
  • Analyse operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records within SAP Transport Management System (TMS).

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in transport planning, scheduling, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of transport operations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using TMS systems, SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
