Peechelba Beef is a 27,000 head licensed beef feedlot operating in a central location in North-East Victoria. The feedlot is focussed on providing high level custom feeding services for a range of domestic and long fed markets.

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on individual for the role of Trainee Manager.  We will provide you with on-the-job training in all aspects of feedlot operations and management as well as actively assist with your personal and professional development, preparing you for a future leadership position.

Ideally you will have:

• tertiary qualifications

• demonstrated enthusiasm for the feedlot industry

• a strong commitment to animal welfare, safety and quality assurance protocols

• strong attention to detail

• a sound ability to problem solve

• the drive to work in fast paced, high pressure environments

Prior experience in the feedlot industry, whilst favourable, is not a necessity. We can teach you everything you need to know so long as you have the right attitude, commitment and desire to learn and develop the necessary skillset to become a successful feedlot manager.
