About the role:

As an Event Medic and On-site medical, you will play a vital role in providing on-site medical and paramedical support for events of all sizes, from school sports to major festivals and concerts. You will deliver reliable emergency care and injury management, working closely with clients and event staff to ensure safe, effective, and timely medical response at every event. This role will involve, but not limited to

·       Providing first response medical care and emergency treatment on-site

·       Assessing, treating, and managing patient injuries and illnesses at events

·       Setting up, maintaining, and packing down medical equipment and treatment areas

·       Communicating effectively with clients, event organisers, and emergency services when required

·       Completing accurate patient care documentation and reports

·       Supporting risk management and maintaining a safe event environment

About you:

·       Strong focus on safety, compliance and patient wellbeing

·       Experience in pre-hospital or event medical care

·       Strong communication skills both written and verbal

·       Confidence to work independently and in a team environment

·       Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays as required

·       Confidence in driving on regional roads at night

·       Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Mandatory compliance:

·       3 x Covid vaccinations and annual influenza vaccination

·       Category A immunisations

·       Mask Fit Certificate

·       Relevant qualifications in Paramedicine and un-restricted AHPRA registration

·       Full Australian work rights

·       Australian driving Licence with a safe driving record

·       Ability to obtain National Police check and WWCC
