With ongoing demand across South East Queensland, we are seeking skilled real estate, property and administration professionals who are ready to step into flexible temporary assignments - some of which may evolve into permanent opportunities. Around 3-4 of our contractors transition to the same role permanently each month!

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum one year experience in residential property or building management with excellent references from previous employers
• QLD Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate Licence (for the property management roles only)
• Valid QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Experience with one or more CRM systems (PropertyMe, Property Tree, Console Cloud, IRE, Inspection Express, MYBOS etc.)

Professional presentation, reliability and an adaptable mindset are essential. You’re someone colleagues would describe as dependable, positive and easy to work with and you approach challenges with professionalism and composure.

• Assistant & Onsite Property Managers (Residential and Commercial)
• Building Managers & Assistant Building Managers
• Field Agents (routine, entry & exit inspections)
• Leasing Agents (open homes & application processing)
• Sales Administrators
• Reception & Property Administration Support
