Office and Customer Service Manager
About the role
This is a broad, hands-on position combining office management, administration, purchasing support and materials coordination. The role is available on a full-time basis. We are also open to an experienced candidate seeking permanent school-friendly hours of approximately 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. While we can offer flexibility around daily hours, this is a critical on-site role that must be performed from our Parwan facility. It is not suitable for remote or work-from-home arrangements. You will be responsible for keeping the office organised, maintaining accurate operational information and ensuring that important stock, supply and administrative tasks are completed on time.
Key responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operation of the site office.
Maintain accurate data, tasks and operational records in Monday.com.
Monitor finished-product stock levels and assist with forecasting future stock requirements.
Help ensure sufficient stock is available to meet forecast customer demand.
Monitor and coordinate essential production materials and consumables, including oil, packaging and other supplies.
Raise and follow up purchase orders.
Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, deliveries and outstanding orders.
Support customer ordering, inventory movements and pallet transfers between locations.
Order point-of-sale materials, office supplies and other general business requirements.
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct customer, supplier and general enquiries.
About you
Previous experience as an office manager, office coordinator, administration coordinator or in a similar operational support position.
Experience with inventory, stock forecasting, purchasing, procurement or supply coordination.
Strong data-entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other business software.
Experience using Monday.com or a similar workflow-management platform would be advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of important tasks.
A practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, warehousing, distribution or a similar environment would be highly regarded.
Reliable transport and ability to attend the Parwan site Monday to Friday.
