Disability Support Worker

Helping Hands Community Services is seeking Disability Support Workers for casual shifts in the Redlands area.
About the Role:
You'll support participants with:
Daily living skills (meal prep, cleaning, personal care)
Community access (appointments, social activities)
Supporting participants with intellectual disabilities and complex behaviours
Minimum 1+ years of experience working with people with disabilities is required
Following care plans and maintaining clear progress notes
Working flexible shifts – including weekends, evenings, and overnights
What You'll Need:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
All required certifications must be obtained before starting work
First Aid & CPR Certificate
NDIS Orientation Module
Australian Driver's Licence + own insured vehicle
Strong communication skills and reliability
Availability for a variety of shifts
Certificate III in Individual Support or similar (preferred, not essential)
Valid work visa or Australian work rights are acceptable for this position
