Recruitment Bookings Consultant - Nursing Workforce

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and fill acute and theatre nursing shifts daily
• Manage urgent staffing requests from hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Match appropriately skilled nurses to shift requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and clinical staff
• Monitor workforce availability and proactively fill upcoming vacancies
• Ensure all bookings meet compliance and credentialing requirements
• Handle roster changes, cancellations, and last-minute shift requests
• Maintain accurate records within rostering and recruitment systems
• Work collaboratively with recruitment and workforce teams to maximise fill rates

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in workforce planning, rostering, scheduling, bookings, recruitment, or healthcare staffing
• Experience within nursing, healthcare, hospital, or agency staffing environments highly regarded
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Confidence using workforce management and scheduling systems
• A proactive and resilient approach to work
