About the Role:

The All-Care Discharge Lounge (ACDL) plays a vital role in facilitating the safe and efficient discharge and transfer of patients across Canberra Health Services, supporting patient flow and timely access to care for acutely unwell patients. Operating Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 9:30pm, the ACDL provides care for patients awaiting discharge or transfer in a dedicated bed and chair-based environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality patient care and improving the overall patient journey. The successful applicant will be required to work a combination of morning and evening shifts.
