We are seeking an experienced Talent & HR Partner to join the People & Culture team of a large and growing national Australian business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Talent Acquisition or recruitment who is looking to broaden their experience and develop into a well-rounded HR professional.

You'll continue to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across your portfolio, while gaining hands-on exposure to the broader employee lifecycle including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, succession, development and engagement.

This is a fully onsite position and will suit someone who enjoys being close to the business, building relationships with leaders and employees, and working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

The Role: 

As a Talent & HR Partner, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across your assigned business portfolio.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates across a range of roles.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Support managers with performance management and employee relations matters.
• Assist with onboarding, probation and broader employee lifecycle processes.
• Support succession planning, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coach and guide managers on day-to-day people matters.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and employees across the business.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop your HR capability through exposure to increasingly complex people matters.

About You:

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, internal recruitment or agency recruitment.
• Exposure to broader HR responsibilities will be highly regarded.
• A genuine desire to develop beyond recruitment and build a long-term career in HR.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence communicating with managers and senior stakeholders.
• A practical, commercial and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
