ECE Teachers – Join Magic Garden as We Grow
About the role
Magic Garden Early Education is growing and opening two new centres in Takapuna and Oteha Valley to complement our current Northcross/Browns Bay location. We're looking for qualified ECE teachers to join us across our centres and child age groups (Infants, Toddlers and pre-school). Whether you're an experienced teacher looking for your next challenge, an emerging teacher wanting to develop your practice, or a new graduate looking for a great place to begin your career with great mentoring to obtain your practising certificate, we'd love to hear from you. There is something particularly exciting about joining a centre as it begins a new chapter. At Takapuna and Oteha Valley, our new teachers will have the opportunity to help us shape the culture, environments and learning experiences of these centres as they evolve into Magic Garden.

About us
Magic Garden has been part of Auckland's North Shore community for 28 years and is recognised for its high-quality, Reggio Emilia-inspired approach to early learning. Our vision is to provide exceptional early learning centres where children and teachers can flourish. Our philosophy begins with our image of the child. We see children as capable, competent and confident learners who actively construct their understanding of the world. Our goal is simple: to create amazing places for children and teachers to flourish. We invest deliberately in staffing and resources rather than simply designing our centres around minimum requirements. We consider group sizes, children's ages and how spaces are best used, while investing in the professional development, resources and non-contact time our teachers need to do their best work.
