Lifewood Australia is a premium engineered timber flooring manufacturer, supplier and installer based in Osborne Park, Perth. We're expanding our subcontractor network across Western Australia and looking for reliable, skilled tradespeople to join our install and logistics team.

The Work

We're onboarding subcontractors across three areas — apply for one or more depending on your skill set:

🪵 Direct Stick Timber Flooring Installation

• Installing Lifewood's engineered timber flooring using the direct stick method

• Working to manufacturer specifications for a flawless, long-lasting finish

• Attention to detail on expansion gaps, adhesive coverage, and board layout

🔨 Subfloor Preparation

• Assessing and preparing subfloors ahead of installation (concrete and timber substrates)

• Moisture testing, levelling, and surface preparation to Lifewood's standards

• Flagging site issues before they become installation problems

🚚 Product Delivery

• Delivering Lifewood flooring products to job sites and customers across WA

• Careful handling and transport to avoid product damage

• Reliable scheduling and communication with our operations team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in timber flooring installation and/or subfloor preparation (for install/prep roles)

• A current ABN and appropriate public liability insurance

• Own tools, vehicle, and (for delivery) a suitable vehicle/trailer for transporting flooring products

• Willingness to travel across the Perth metro area and wider WA as jobs require

• A strong eye for workmanship and finish quality

• Reliable, well-presented, and comfortable liaising directly with customers on-site

• Relevant licences/tickets where applicable (e.g. White Card)
