Operational Business Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a significant operational business initiative. Working closely with operational leaders, SMEs and senior stakeholders, you will bring structure, accountability and momentum to delivery while supporting the transition into business-as-usual operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules and milestones
  • Coordinate operational teams, SMEs and stakeholders
  • Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Facilitate workshops, project meetings and working groups
  • Prepare governance reporting and Steering Committee updates
  • Support process mapping, documentation and operational change
  • Drive deliverables and transition outcomes into BAU

Experience Required

  • Experience delivering operational, business or transformation projects
  • Strong project planning, governance and reporting capability
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Exposure to process improvement and operational change

Experience within customer onboarding, service delivery or multi-site operational environments would be advantageous.

You will be practical, organised and delivery focused, with the ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum across diverse stakeholder groups.
