Full Time Beauty / Dermal Therapist

The Effortless Clinic helps women of all ages restore their pelvic floor, core muscles and skin.

We use BTL Emsella, Emsculpt and Exion machines to provide evidence-based treatments that support skin health, confidence, and overall wellbeing within a calm, respectful, and empowering environment.

As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for another warm, friendly female to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and friendly Beauty or Dermal Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about women's health, and delivering outstanding client experiences while working with industry-leading technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support them throughout their Emsella, Emsculpt and Exion treatment sessions.

• Create a calm, professional, and supportive environment for all clients.

• Educate clients on treatment benefits, realistic expectations, and treatment outcomes.

• Ensure client comfort, privacy, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.

• Manage bookings, payments, and day-to-day clinic administration.

• Open and close the clinic as required.

• Work a rotating 2-week roster that includes some evenings and every second Saturday.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional clinic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive skin and body consultations, including assessment, analysis, and personalised treatment planning.

• Perform advanced face and body treatments using BTL technologies, including:

  • Exion

  • Emsculpt

  • Emsella

• Build long-term client relationships through education, trust, and exceptional customer care.

• Maintain accurate client documentation, treatment records, consent forms, and clinical notes in accordance with clinic protocols and best practice.

Strong understanding of:

• Skin anatomy and physiology

• Skin ageing processes

• RF and energy-based treatment technologies

• Facial rejuvenation and body contouring treatments

• Progressive treatment planning and course-based treatment programs

Essential Requirements

• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays.

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy (minimum requirement).

• Bachelor of Dermal Science or equivalent qualification highly regarded.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty therapy.

• Experience performing skin tightening, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, skin laxity, and RF-based treatments will be highly regarded.
