NDIS Business Development & Administration coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and relationship-focused Business Development & Administration Coordinator to join our team. About the Role
This is a diverse role that combines business development, stakeholder engagement, community networking, and administration. You will play a key role in expanding our referral network by building strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health Professionals, Hospitals, Community Organisations, and other referral partners, while ensuring efficient administrative support for our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health Professionals, hospitals, and community organisations.
Promote JEGNI LIFE's NDIS services to referral partners and the wider community.
Identify opportunities to increase participant referrals and business growth.
Attend networking events, expos, and community engagement activities.
Deliver presentations and information sessions to stakeholders.
Follow up new business opportunities and maintain ongoing stakeholder engagement.
Administration
Manage incoming enquiries, referrals, and participant enquiries.
Follow up with prospective participants, families, and referral partners.
Prepare service agreements, onboarding documentation, and participant records.
Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal management systems.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and business activities.
Support management with reporting, compliance, and administrative tasks.
Community Engagement
Represent the organisation professionally within the community.
Build and maintain strategic community partnerships.
Identify opportunities to expand services within local communities.
Participate in community events, expos, and promotional activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Experience in administration, customer service, business development, sales, healthcare, community services, or the NDIS sector.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude.
A current Australian Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Previous experience within the NDIS or disability sector.
Existing relationships with Support Coordinators or referral networks.
Experience working in healthcare, aged care, or community services.
Experience using CRM software.
Marketing, stakeholder engagement, or business development experience.
