Job Description:

We're looking for a Marketing Administrator to join our team in Campbellfield!

Working closely with our Marketing Officer, you'll help keep our marketing functions running smoothly by supporting internal requests, employee engagement initiatives, communications, campaigns, events, and day-to-day administration. No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, organisation, and being part of a supportive team.

This casual position, working 4-5 days per week initially, is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or anyone looking to build their skills and experience in marketing, communications, or business administration.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the marketing inbox and coordinate incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
• Maintain marketing registers, records, and documentation to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
• Assist with the coordination of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, including awareness campaigns, staff recognition activities, and company events.
• Support social media and marketing communications activities, including social media content (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram), e-newsletters, and promotional materials, under the guidance of the Marketing Officer.
• Coordinate marketing merchandise and company apparel, including stock management, ordering, and distribution.
• Update and maintain marketing collateral, templates, posters, and other documents to ensure compliance with company branding and style guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Canva and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram will be highly regarded.
• A highly organised approach with great attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• An interest in marketing, communications, events, or business administration.
