Desktop Deployment Consultant - Immediate start

We are looking for a self-starting, experienced Desktop Deployment engineer who will possess the following experience:

Essential experience:

• Proven experience in a troubleshooting level 1 & 2 issues & both face to face & over the phone. 
• Deployment of laptops - reimaging, full cycle deployment of new mobile devices
• Full driving License & open to travelling across Australia
• Working in a large enterprise environment supporting customers over the phone & in person
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving experience across the Microsoft technology stack
• A proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people;

Technologies:

• Windows XP/7/8/10
• O365 troubleshooting
• Intune (desirable)
• Active Directory - account administration
• Patching / basic cisco skills
• Microsoft Office2003-2010;
• MS Exchange;
• MS Systems Centre;
• Intune
• Hardware, Printers and peripherals.
• DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
