About the role
As the Assistant Store Manager (2IC) you will be responsible with assisting the Store Manager with all duties. You will be responsible for all aspects of the business in the absence of the Store Manager. You and the Store manager will be responsible of developing and managing a A-class customer service team that delivers results and represents our strong brand DNA.
Responsibilities
Contributing to achieving daily and weekly budgeted sales
Creating the absolute best shopping experience for our customers
Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations
Managing and Maintaining stock and stock presentation
Managing General house keeping
Managing the processing, storing and replenishing stock
Managing Compliance with company policies
Communicating with the Fashion Host (Manager) regarding all store operations.
Coaching and training your team daily, to deliver results and strong brand DNA.
