What You'll Get

This is an opportunity to operate a modern fleet, work alongside an experienced site team and build a long-term career on an even-time 7/7 roster.
What You'll Get
- $66.71/hr + super paid on all rostered hours
- Approx. $152,000 per year
- 7/7 rotating day and night roster
- Permanent, long-term employment
- Flights from Townsville, Rockhampton and Cairns
- Camp accommodation, meals and site transport provided
- Airport, camp and mine all within approximately 5 minutes of each other

As a Multi-Skilled Operator, you'll be part of a production crew responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy mobile equipment to support daily mining targets.
You'll work across multiple pieces of equipment, contributing to safe production, maintaining high operating standards and working closely with your crew and supervisors.
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you'll need:
- Open cut mining experience operating Dozers and Haul Trucks
- Proven experience operating at least one of the following:
- Grader
- Water Truck
- Small Excavator
- CAT 980 Loader
- Current Standard 11
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Relevant RII competencies or a verified training transcript completed within the past 5 years
- A strong commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to work a rotating 7/7 day/night roster
- A team-focused approach and willingness to work as part of a high-performing production crew
