Hilton Manufacturing is a family-owned business and is recognized as the foremost component manufacturer to the Trucking Industry, Defense Force, and Caravan industries providing services to all Australian Truck O.E.M.s and is the preferred supplier to Iveco, Mercedes, Kenworth, Volvo, MACK and Western Star. The company is also a preferred supplier to Defense and Caravan industries supplying all metal components including chassis, door frames and bumper bars. Hilton Manufacturing also supplies all of the Australian truck companies with aftermarket products.

Purpose
We currently have positions available for suitably qualified Brake Press Machine Operator at our facility in Dandenong, Victoria. This position would suit an energetic, and motivated person to complement our existing team and has a focus on company culture.
You will be engaged in a dynamic work environment where you will be valued as an integral part of the team, and where you can develop and grow with our business.
Key Accountabilities
- Production line work with sheet metal products.
- Operating brake press machinery.
- Quality inspection; and
- Following and taking instructions in relation to the production schedule
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Experience operating a brake press.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- Previous experience in a production / manufacturing environment.
