Client Service Coordinator – NDIS | Quality & Compliance
About the role
This is a key operational role responsible for coordinating participant services, maintaining strong relationships with participants and stakeholders, monitoring service delivery and funding, and supporting quality and compliance across participant services. The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating with participants, families and professional stakeholders, and capable of independently following matters through from identification to resolution.
Key responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for participants, families and relevant stakeholders
Coordinate communication with Support Coordinators, Behaviour Support Practitioners, allied health professionals and other external providers
Coordinate participant onboarding, service commencement, reviews and changes in support
Respond to routine participant and family concerns and ensure agreed actions are followed through
Monitor participant service delivery against service agreements, funding arrangements and approved supports
Track funding utilisation, plan expiry dates and emerging funding shortfalls
Identify under-utilisation, over-utilisation and potential service sustainability issues early and escalate where required
Support compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct and Evida Living policies and procedures
Review participant documentation to ensure support plans, risk assessments, service agreements and relevant records remain current
Identify client-level quality, safeguarding and compliance gaps and coordinate appropriate follow-up
About you
Approximately 2–4+ years' experience within the NDIS/disability sector, preferably on the provider/service-delivery side
Experience with SIL, complex disability support or higher-support-needs participants highly regarded
Strong understanding of NDIS service delivery and participant funding
Working knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct, incident management, complaints, safeguarding and quality requirements
Experience coordinating participants, families and multidisciplinary stakeholders
Strong written documentation and record-management skills
Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple participant matters simultaneously
Confidence identifying problems and taking ownership of follow-up through to completion
Confidence using client management and electronic record systems
Experience with internal audits, quality reviews, corrective actions or continuous improvement will be highly regarded
