Senior Partner, Global Office Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner, Global Office Operations to be based in Canberra. This is a senior business partnering role combining governance, compliance, local coordination and operational support across Australia. You will act as a trusted local representative for global functions including Security, People & Culture, Finance, Legal and IT, ensuring local operations are professional, efficient and aligned with global policies and Australian requirements. Your responsibilities will include coordinating compliance activities, supplier and contractual matters, budget follow-up, workplace safety, security and IT requirements, national security clearance processes, management meetings and agreed local team activities. You will work closely with colleagues across Australia and international corporate teams, translating global standards into practical local ways of working.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in business administration, business law, finance, operations or a related field, together with solid experience in senior business partnering, business support, administration or office operations within an international organisation. Strong knowledge of the Australian business environment, including working with authorities, suppliers and local compliance requirements, is essential. Experience within IT, defence or the public sector would be advantageous. You will be structured, proactive and service-minded, with strong judgement, communication and organisational skills and the confidence to work independently while collaborating across functions and time zones.
