About the Role
Join our friendly team as a temporary bookkeeper & administrator on a 6 month contract. Your role will require you to navigate our ERP system, Odoo, which we will train on once starting with us. Hybrid work model available for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, issue customer bills, and track incoming and outgoing money
Match bank statements and ledgers with internal financial records to catch errors
Help compile employee wage details and maintain basic payroll records
Organise receipts, maintain ledgers, and ensure files are audit-ready
Assist the team with any administrative tasks as required
About you
Prior bookkeeping experience
High level of attention to detail
Good computer literacy
Eagerness to learn new skills
