About the role

This non-client-facing role turns adviser strategies into clear, compliant advice and moves recommendations through to completion for clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Translating adviser strategies into clear, compliant and client-friendly advice documents and files for two very hands on, thorough advisers

  • XPlan modelling (Wealthsolver & Xtools+) including product, scenario comparison and projections, with a focus on superannuation, retirement, superannuation, investments and cash flow strategies

  • Manage advice development, implementation and service workflows from instruction to completion alongside 3 support staff

  • Allocate priorities, monitor progress and follow up outstanding actions to quickly resolve issues and prevent delays

  • Maintain accurate XPlan records, file notes, workflow statuses and supporting evidence

About you

A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence working primarily behind the scenes will showcase your:

  • Ability to turn adviser strategies into client-friendly and compliant advice documents and files

  • Strong XPlan skills across data, modelling, workflow and advice creation modules

  • Demonstrated knowledge of superannuation, retirement income, investments, Centrelink, insurance and cash-flow strategies

  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks, manage workflows and effectively collaborate with the team and providers to follow recommendations through implementation to completion

  • Professional pride by bringing exceptional attention to detail, strong technical and plain-English writing skills to every file, every time
