Infinite Insurance - Insurance Broker Support Administration Officer
Location: Melbourne, VIC (Cremorne) No on-site parking available. Office is conveniently located directly opposite East Richmond Train Station with excellent access to public transport.
Type: Full-time, permanent, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Flexibility: 3 WFH days per week, 2 days in the office
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 + super

The Role
Reporting into the Chief Insurance Officer, the Insurance Administration Officer supports the brokerage by ensuring accurate policy processing, strong compliance, and smooth coordination across insurers, brokers, and internal teams.
You’ll work closely with our Insurance Brokers and Claims Coordinator to support ~4,500 (and counting) existing Infinity Group clients, helping deliver a high-quality, end-to-end client experience.
As part of the foundation team, you’ll also contribute to building the administrative systems, processes, and standards that will support Infinite Insurance as it scales nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Prepare certificates of currency, renewal documentation, and policy schedules
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation meets compliance standards
- Assist with debtor management, invoicing, and reporting
- Liaise with insurers, underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to support efficient policy processing
- Respond to client enquiries regarding policy coverage, documentation, and administrative processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service quality
- Support the broader insurance team with general administrative and operational tasks
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years’ administration experience within insurance, broking, underwriting, claims, or financial services
- Previous exposure to insurance-related administration, including policy documentation, renewals, endorsements, certificates of currency, or insurer correspondence
- Tier 2 qualification in General Insurance, or willingness to obtain
- Exposure to CRM systems, policy management platforms, or insurance-related databases
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with compliance-focused documentation
