Line Setter / Machine Operator

We are currently seeking experienced Line Setter / Machine Operators with a background in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing to join our clients in Dandenong South.

Available Shift: Day Shift - 6:00am to 2:00pm  
 
The role responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, following GMP and SOP guidelines.
• Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and maintain product flow through to packing.
• Ensure product quality meets specifications and complete related documentation
• Collaborate with teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Materials Handling
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and adhere to production plans

About You:

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Machine Operator in food or pharmaceutical settings
• Skilled in operating Flowwrappers, Lead Cartoners, and Propac machines
• Knowledge of HACCP and quality standards
• Strong English literacy and computer skills
• A team player with good communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Quick to learn, adaptable, and proactive
• Full working rights in Australia
