On Target Bonuses: $20,000-$25,000.00

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help drive the next stage of growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a consultative customer service & sales role focused on converting customer enquiries into bookings.
You'll spend most of your day on the phone to homeowners, builders, property managers and business owners to assess their needs, provide recommendations and recommend epoxy flooring solutions.
You'll be supported by proven systems, strong marketing and a growing brand reputation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attend scheduled client consultations via phone
• Assess project requirements and take measurements
• Recommend suitable flooring solutions
• Prepare and present quotations
• Follow up leads, quotations and sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Achieve agreed performance targets
• Represent EFC professionally at all times
ABOUT YOU
You are a confident communicator, down to earth and friendly person who enjoys meeting people and helping clients find the right solution.
You take pride in your work, are highly organised and motivated by achieving results.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation
• Self-motivated and driven
• Ability to work independently
• Computer skills are very important
• Ability to deal with high volume and highly paced sales process
You must have a sense of humour and enjoy workplace banter!!
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
• Construction industry experience
• Sales experience
• Estimating or quoting experience
• CRM experience
• Trade background
• Home improvement sales experience
