With a healthy pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new apartment development in Melbourne’s Northern Corridor.
About the Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a 3-storey apartment development, managing the project on site through construction, finishes and handover.

About the Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a 3-storey apartment development, managing the project on site through construction, finishes and handover.
The role will include:
- Managing all day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Driving the construction programme and key milestones
- Managing site safety, quality and compliance
- Running site meetings and coordinating works
- Managing inspections, defects and handover
- Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager with a Melbourne head contractor
- Strong apartment or multi-residential project experience
- Experience delivering projects from structure through to handover
- Strong subcontractor management and programming skills
- Good knowledge of Victorian building regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Lead the delivery of a new 3-storey apartment project
- Northern Corridor location
- Established builder with a strong pipeline of work
