Mandarin Speaking Educator role
Seeking a Mandarin Speaking Educator - Cert 3 or Diploma qualified in our Springvale Centre
Your responsibilities:
Plan and delivery Chinese language program
Manage children's daily routine and provide supervision of all children
Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the community.
Support your room educators to deliver a nurturing and stimulating environment for children’s growth and development.
Show sound understanding of child safety and promote positive learning outcomes for every child.
Show initiatives on proactive parent-teacher communication and partnership working with families
Sound knowledge of EYLF2.0
Abilities to work with children with diverse backgrounds and learning abilities

You will need to have:
Minimum of Cert 3 in Children's service or equivalent
A demonstrated passion for children, their development, and a strong commitment to child safety
A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
First Aid Training
Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training
Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting
Food safety training
Unrestricted Australian working rights – Visa/Passport
