Estimator
Project Coordinator

Position 1 – Estimator
The Role
We are seeking a passionate, technically minded and commercially skilled Estimator with solid experience in large-format print and/or signage.
You will play an important role in accurately costing projects, sourcing materials and services, supporting the sales and production teams, and ensuring projects are commercially viable from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
Stock pricing and ordering
Planning, job costing and estimating internal and outsourced jobs
Costing print, finishing, packing, logistics and installation
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and installers
Obtaining and comparing external supplier pricing
Monitoring quote volumes, conversion rates and margins
Using Excel and MIS/job management systems to cost and manage projects
Supporting improvements to estimating and quoting processes
Exploring and assisting with the implementation of AI-based quoting tools
About You
Experience in large-format print and/or signage production
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Strong computer and systems skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple quotes and projects simultaneously
Proactive and solutions-focused
A collaborative team player
Passionate about delivering quality and commercially successful outcomes
Position 2 – Project Coordinator
The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to manage signage and print projects from approved order through to final completion.
You will act as a central point between clients, project managers, design, estimating, production, suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, to specification and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple projects from handover through to completion
Review client briefs, quotations, purchase orders, drawings and specifications
Prepare and maintain project schedules and production timelines
Coordinate design, artwork, shop drawings and client approvals
Liaise professionally with clients and provide project updates
Coordinate site surveys and confirm measurements, access and installation requirements
Prepare accurate production briefs and job information
Coordinate projects with internal production departments
Monitor production progress and identify potential delays
Coordinate materials, suppliers, subcontractors and purchase requirements
Monitor supplier lead times and outsourced production
Coordinate installation dates, installers, access equipment and site requirements
Prepare installation documentation and project packs
Monitor project costs against quoted allowances and identify variations
Ensure project documentation, approvals and records are accurate and up to date
Coordinate quality checks, defects and rectification works
Assist with project completion, invoicing and close-out
About You
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Confident managing multiple projects at the same time
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commercially aware with an understanding of project costs
Able to read plans, drawings and specifications
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, trades and internal teams
Practical, proactive and solutions-focused
Able to take ownership of projects while working collaboratively with the wider team
Experience in signage, large-format printing, construction, shopfitting, displays and exhibitions, manufacturing, branding implementation or retail rollout projects will be highly regarded.
Experience coordinating projects involving design, manufacturing and onsite installation would be particularly advantageous.
