Food and Beverage Attendant
About the role
We 're looking for positive, passionate and guest-focused Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team at O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat in the beautiful Lamington National Park in the Scenic Rim, Queensland. You will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences, delighting our guests and contributing to the overall success of our restaurants and bar.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
Ensuring beautiful presentation for our breakfast and dinner buffets
Taking orders, accurately communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff
Serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely and efficient table service
Monitoring and replenishing supplies to maintain a well-stocked bar and dining area
Handling cash and processing payments accurately
Assisting with the set-up and clean-up of the dining and bar areas
Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest concerns or queries
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar food and beverage attendant or hospitality role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanour
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team
Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
