The Role
We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to support our high-performing administration team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow their career in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Sales, Wholesale, and Vehicle Operations departments
Maintain accurate vehicle stock records in our dealer management system
Manage and update Queensland Transport documentation
Support the Administration Management team with general tasks
What You’ll Bring:
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous admin experience is helpful, but not essential
