Warehouse Officer

Toll Recruit are currently seeking Warehouse Officers for our client in East Arm, Darwin. These are casual, ongoing positions, available for an immediate start.

Applicants must hold a C Class licence and High Risk Forklift ticket. Warehousing experience in Mining, Oil & Gas or similar industrial environments is highly desirable.

We are looking for strong team players who apply a 'Safety First' approach to planning and executing tasks, who pride themselves on time management skills and work well under pressure.

Qualifications/Licences Required:

• High Risk Forklift Ticket (essential)
• 'C' Class Driver's Licence (essential)
• First Aid training (desirable)
• DG/IMDG (desirable)

Skills and Experience required:

• WMS/ERP Experience (SAP preferred)
• Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Reasonable Warehousing Experience
• Diesel, gas and electric forklift truck operating skills
• Great communication skills
• Ability to complete manual handing tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing
• Receipt of goods
• Updating the Customer Inventory Database
• Goods inspection
• Completion of paperwork
• Preparing freight for transport by road, sea or air
• Handling of Dangerous Goods
• General housekeeping and inventory reconciliation
