Due to ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of work, an opportunity is available for a reliable Factory Worker to join their team in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Your new role

As a Factory Worker, you will assist in the manufacture and assembly of roof trusses and frames, ensuring products are built to quality standards and production targets are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manufacturing and assembling roof trusses and frames
• Operating hand and power tools
• Reading and interpreting basic plans and measurements
• Handling, lifting and moving timber materials safely
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current White Card (essential)
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction or a similar environment
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling tasks
• A reliable work ethic and positive attitude towards teamwork
