Production Allrounders - Goldfields

HSS Recruitment is seeking 8 experienced Production Allrounders for immediate starts across three established gold mine sites in the Western Australian Goldfields.

If you're an operator who enjoys variety and can confidently move between machines while maintaining production targets and safety standards, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
You'll work as part of a high-performing production team on well-established mining operations, with long-term opportunities available for the right candidates.

You'll be operating a combination of:

• Dozers

• Graders

• Excavators

• Watercarts

• Dump Trucks

• 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth

About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years' production mining experience

• Demonstrated experience operating all or a combination of Dozers, Graders, Excavators, Watercarts & Dump Trucks in a production environment

• Gold, lithium or other hard rock mining experience (highly regarded)

• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• Ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards

• Current Australian working rights
